The most rewarding and challenging experiences of my 30+ year career in IT
My journey in IT began as an employee, gaining hands-on experience across hardware, software, and systems integration.
In 1995, I co-founded iBS, specializing in business software and enterprise IT solutions – a collaboration that continues to this day.
Over the years I led high-impact projects including the networking of the
Greek European Presidency Press Center (2003), systems for Athens International Airport, DHL, and Brenntag, and in 2018 the Electronic Voting System for the Hellenic Parliament – still in production.
Since 2019 I have been part of RiSK4SEA, a maritime PSC intelligence SaaS platform, initially as System Designer and since 2024 as Chief Technology Officer. I also coordinate development for FOMCS, a yacht and charter management platform.
In parallel, I run informix.gr, a Greek-language platform on informatics
topics, and WEDEVA, providing outsourced software development team services.
